- How long does it take for you to process my material?
The processing time depends on the type of material. Typically, a smelt will take 5 working days and an incineration takes up to 10 working days from receipt in our office to the date you receive payment. For smaller quantities, Star Refining can utilise its expertise to expedite the analysis and make payment within 24 hours.

- How can I send my material to you?
We supply complementary shipping supplies (bags, pots, sweep bags, Royal Mail return bags etc.) to ensure that your material is safe and secure in transit. We make use of our accounts with UPS and Royal Mail and cover the full cost of sending, along with 100% insurance coverage for complete
peace of mind. - How will I be paid?
Star Refining offers multiple payment options, including bank transfer, cheque, or cash (within Anti-Money Laundering limits). Additionally, we are able to make payment in multiple currencies.
